How do i cancel my membership?
This section applies to Sheffield and Redditch only.
To cancel your membership all you have to do is head to your app, click Account then head to My Memberships and click on your membership. Scroll down to the bottom and hit the cancel button!
Please note, you cannot cancel your membership when you are within 24 hours of your next payment.
How do i cancel my membership?
This section applies to all other sites.
To cancel your membership all you have to do is cancel your direct debit with the bank. The direct debit will show as DFC (Debit Finance Collections) on your statement.
Please note, you cannot cancel your direct debit before your first payment has been made and if you are in a 12 month contract you can only cancel once 12 payments have been made.
Freezing membership?
Please fill out the contact form above including how long would you like to freeze for? Please note you can only do whole payment months up to a maximum of 6 and need at least a weeks notice before the next direct debit is due.
Please also note you cannot freeze if you are on a 12 month contract or a paid in full membership.
